Use of Output for content creation and distribution: You may not use the output to write, market, or distribute texts generated by the Chloé System. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of such output on social media platforms and press mediums.
Specifically, you are not permitted to use Chloé's output on:
- Social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Video sharing platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, and Dailymotion.
- Blogs and content-sharing sites including but not limited to Medium, WordPress, and Blogger.
- Online forums and discussion boards.
- Print media, including newspapers, magazines, and brochures.
- Broadcasting mediums such as television and radio.
This list is not exhaustive and may be updated from time to time to include new or emerging platforms.
All requests for the use of Chloé's output must be submitted via email and await written authorization.
Corporate Domains
If you create an account with a corporate email address, that account may be subject to corporate control.
Third Party Services
Our services may include third-party software, products, or services, which are subject to their own terms.
Feedback
We appreciate your feedback, which we may use without restriction or compensation to you.
Content
Your Content.
You are responsible for the input you provide and the output you receive from our Services, ensuring it does not violate any law or these Terms.

Please note that as the Chloé System is currently in its beta version and intended solely for personal use and testing purposes, we do not offer paid subscriptions at this time. Access to the Chloé System is granted at the sole discretion of our team and cannot be contested or demanded by users. This approach ensures that we can continuously refine and improve our services during the beta phase, focusing on user experience and system functionality without the complexities of billing and account management.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services under certain conditions.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided “AS IS,” and we limit our liability according to these Terms.

Limitation of Liability
